Aceclofenac and Paracetamol together work by blocking the effect of cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes which a natural chemical messengers that make another chemical (prostaglandins). These chemicals are produced in areas of damage or injury and cause inflammation and pain. Chlorzoxazone is a also muscle relaxant that is used to centrally act on the spinal cord by depressing reflexes, thereby relieving pain and stiffness caused due to muscle strains.
