Rabeprazole Injection

Rabeprazole Injection refers to a combination of articular medicines known as proton pump inhibitors used to treat duodenal ulcers, heartburn, gastro-oesophageal, erosive oesophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome,  infections caused by Helicobacter pylori when given along with an antibiotic. Rabeprazole Injection works by blocking the action of the enzyme called gastric proton pump which is responsible for the production of acid. This helps in overcoming the amount of acid produced, heals the ulcers, and treats the formation of new ulcers.

Direction For Use

• Do not self-administer.
• Gently squeeze the skin with one hand and quickly
• Insert the needle straight into the muscle.
• Pull back the plunger; if blood is seen in the syringe, remove the needle from the skin.
• Change the needle to a clean one of the same size.
• It is alright to use the drug already in the syringe.
• Inject the drug slowly.
